Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks a DDS/DMD licensed dentist for a full-time General Dentistry role in Greensburg, PA. The position covers outpatient care, exams, restorations, endodontics, prosthodontics, and surgical procedures within the dentist’s scope, with a collaborative team and patient-centered approach.

The schedule is 34+ hours weekly, Monday through Thursday with Fridays variable; compensation is base salary plus bonus, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility to obtain one before start date.
• DEA registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations and diagnosis.
• Perform treatment planning and restorative dentistry.
• Execute endodontic, prosthodontic, and selected surgical procedures.
• Clearly explain treatment options and recommendations to patients.
• Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants.

Schedule

34+ scheduled hours per week | Monday-Thursday with variable Fridays

Typically 7-9 hours in the office Monday-Thursday. Schedule may be adjusted based on practice needs and mutual agreement.

Compensation

Base salary (Depend on experience) + bonus opportunity

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
• Examinations and diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry
• Endodontic procedures
• Prosthodontic procedures
• Surgical procedures within the dentist's scope and comfort level
• Clearly explain treatment options and recommendations to patients.
• Work collaboratively with hygienists and dental assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Participate in team meetings, huddles, and ongoing clinical development.
• Provide patient-centered care to patients of all ages.

Qualifications

Required

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
