We seek an Associate Dentist to join our growing team, contributing to a fun, compassionate environment where teamwork and patient well-being are paramount. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver comprehensive dental services to a diverse patient base, including a large proportion of children (70% or more) and adults.
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team, leveraging digital X-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
* Actively participate in morning huddles to plan the day, appreciate team members, and highlight examples of exceptional patient focus.
* Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory guidelines through continuous training. *Requirements:*
* DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
* Current, valid state dental license or eligibility for licensure.
* All necessary certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA).
* Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable by state law).
* Strong compassion and a genuine desire to provide dental care to all ages.
* Availability to work Friday/Saturday (8 AM - 5 PM). *What We Offer:*
