Job summary

Aspen Dental in Chicago is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our world-class DSO. You will deliver exceptional patient care in a full-time role within a supportive practice network.

You will lead a patient-centered team, perform comprehensive exams, discuss treatment options with patients, and maintain clinical excellence while coordinating with operations to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
• Experience leading a patient-centered dental team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while upholding high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach other dentists and staff.

Salary: $200000 – 250000/ Year

You’ll achieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
• Conducting comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions
• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients
• Providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
• Keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Networking with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community

Qualifications:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
