Job description

I am looking for a part-time Associate Dentist to join my growing private practice, Berges Family Dentistry.

I currently practice as a single-doctor office, and as the practice continues to grow, I’m looking for the right person to become part of the team. I’m hoping to find someone who shares my passion for providing thoughtful, high-quality dentistry and, just as importantly, enjoys getting to know their patients and building relationships with them over time.

This is a small, privately owned, fee-for-service and PPO-only practice. We are not a high-volume office, and we strive to create an environment where we can slow down, listen to our patients, and provide treatment that is truly individualized to their needs and goals.

Our Practice

We are a fully digital practice with modern technology, including:

• TRIOS 6 digital scanner.
• iTero Lumina digital scanner.
• CBCT.
• Straumann implant placement equipment.
• Fully digital clinical and diagnostic workflow.

Clinically, we see a nice mix of bread-and-butter general dentistry and more comprehensive cases, with a particular focus on full-mouth rehabilitation, comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and individualized care.

I enjoy treating patients comprehensively and taking the time to understand the bigger picture rather than simply treating individual teeth. I’m looking for an associate who shares that philosophy—or someone who is interested in learning and growing in that direction.

More than anything, I’m looking for someone who is kind, personable, curious, and committed to doing great dentistry.

You may be an experienced dentist looking for a smaller private-practice environment, or a newer dentist looking for mentorship and the opportunity to continue developing clinically. Mentorship is available, particularly for those interested in comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, and implant dentistry.

I want this to be a place where you feel comfortable asking questions, discussing cases, and continuing to grow as a clinician. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned and collaborate on cases when needed.

As the practice continues to grow, there is also an opportunity for the right associate to grow with the practice and become an important part of its future.
