Job summary

CHCP's Houston Northwest Campus seeks an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Instructor to deliver curriculum to nursing students and mentor them toward professional practice.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license and a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing (MSN preferred). You will contribute to safety, clinical expertise, and up-to-date teaching methods while supporting student success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas RN license.
• Master's or Doctoral in Nursing required; MSN preferred.
• Teaching ability evidenced and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ADN curriculum to nursing students.
• Mentor students toward professional nursing practice.
• Maintain current knowledge, clinical skills, and safety in the subject area.

Your responsibilities will include delivering curriculum content to our nursing students. This includes mentoring and helping the students to become professionals.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN license
• Minimum of a Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree, preferably in Nursing
• Preference is that the Master's Degree is in Nursing (MSN)
• If Master's Degree is in another Discipline, shall hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and either (6) credits of graduate nursing courses
• Show evidence of teaching abilities and maintaining current knowledge, clinical expertise, and safety in the subject area to be taught

Experience:

• At least (3) years teaching experience in a professional nursing education program
