Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three+ years of leadership and oversight of educational programming.
• Three+ years of college teaching experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, access, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Develop class schedules and manage section offerings.
• Oversee faculty loads and scheduling at Lakeshore and regional sites.
• Administer payroll approvals and leaves for direct reports.
• Lead faculty evaluation and tenure procedures.
• Collaborate on curricular processes and accreditation activities.
