• Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in higher education or a related setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse student populations in higher education.
• Demonstrated ability to foster student engagement, belonging, and inclusive campus communities.
• Experience collaborating with campus and community partners to support student success.
• Experience with student support services, case management, or crisis response.
• Experience supervising professional staff and managing budgets.
• Experience with Maxient, Navigate, Ellucian Banner, or similar student success and case management platforms preferred.
