The UAMS College of Nursing seeks a visionary scientist for the role of Associate Dean of Research. This is a 12-month, full-time tenure/tenure-track faculty position with 50% effort as Associate Dean, and the remaining effort engaging in teaching, research, and/or service at the rank of Associate or Full Professor.
The Associate Dean reports directly to the Dean and represents the college's research interests within UAMS and the Arkansas System. Responsibilities include mentoring faculty, coordinating research programs, fostering collaborations, and promoting extramurally funded research.
