Qualifications

• PhD in a research-focused discipline from an accredited university.
• Current RN license in Texas or eligible to transfer to Texas.
• Record of sustained impact, national recognition, and international significance in research.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strategize nursing research and scholarly activities.
• Collaborate with TTUHSC leaders to advance interdisciplinary research.
• Mentor faculty, guide grant development, and oversee IRB processes.
• Represent the school in TTUHSC and the broader community on research matters.
• Oversee centers of excellence in nursing research and evidence-based practice.
