The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in fostering academic growth and maintaining a culture of excellence across the College.
The Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE) invites internal applications for the position ofAssociate Dean for Academic Affairs (ADAA). We seek a visionary and highly capable leader with a strong commitment to excellence in faculty leadership, success and mentoring, teaching and graduate education. We are looking for an individual who not only has a strong academic background, but also possesses the leadership qualitiesrequired to excel at this job, e.g., high emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, adaptability, and integrity.
The Associate Dean reports to the Dean of the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE) and will:
