Job summary

Kairos Pacific University is seeking an Associate Academic Dean to provide leadership for its Theological Studies programs and to support academic excellence across departments.

The Academic Dean will collaborate with the Vice President, deans, program directors, and faculty to ensure strong programs, effective faculty coordination, and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (doctorate preferred).
• Experience in higher education, theological education, or academic administration.
• Experience in academic leadership, faculty coordination, or curriculum development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with accreditation and online education.
