While the position reports within the School of Theology and Vocation, the candidate’s primary discipline and terminal degree may be within any academic field represented at LeTourneau University.
The Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and strategically leading programs that foster faith integration and spiritual formation across the academic and co-curricular life of the institution. This role collaborates closely with faculty, staff, academic schools, and campus partners to cultivate a robust culture of faithful and reflective academic ministry that is grounded in LeTourneau’s Theology and Vocation Core curriculum, pedagogical excellence, and holistic care for students.
