Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in education or a closely related field.
• Record of distinguished teaching, research, scholarship, and service that meets the qualifications for appointment at the rank of Professor (Full Professor).
• Experience leading in higher education with a focus on graduate education, curriculum oversight, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for faculty success and graduate education within the College of Education.
• Lead recruitment, development, evaluation, promotion, tenure, and retention of faculty; support academic governance and shared governance processes.
• Oversee curriculum development, online learning initiatives, and accreditation-related activities; help align bylaws with university structures.
