What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a full-time academic administrator, collaborating with various academic and administrative teams
- Maintain the quality and integrity of the program curriculum and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
- Lead faculty recruitment, orientation, development, mentoring, and evaluation efforts
- Coordinate projects and processes for continuous program improvement initiatives
- Foster a supportive community among faculty and students while communicating effectively with all stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD or DNP with a Master’s in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of graduate-level teaching experience
- Candidates must be appropriately credentialed and may need to be licensed or license-eligible in specific programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in online learning platforms
- Significant record of contributions to the field of nursing, including clinical practice experience as a nurse practitioner
