The anticipated salary range for this role is between $103,000 and $158,000. The specific salary offered will depend on individual qualifications, experiences, and current market conditions. Summary

This role acts as a critical liaison between business units, IT, and compliance to ensure effective data governance across the enterprise. Responsibilities include advising on and enforcing data standards, validating data quality, and developing structures and procedures for secure, accurate, and efficient use of corporate data assets.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Guide business leaders on implementing and enforcing data governance policies.
• Maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, models, and lineage maps for consistency.
• Approve structural changes to data assets in line with standards.
• Audit data sources for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Analyze data quality reports and recommend improvements.
• Design data storage architectures to minimize redundancy and ensure integration.
• Work with compliance to align data retention and access policies with regulations.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain secure, scalable data structures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on data input protocols and guidelines.
• Lead or support training to promote data standards adoption.
• Implement tools and automation with application development teams to enhance data accuracy and usability.
• Stay informed on industry regulations like GDPR and CCPA and best practices.
• Leverage expertise in data architecture, integration, and quality assurance.
• Understand key data sources and processes to advise on data strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional data initiatives to ensure compliance and standards adherence.

Position Specifications
