Job summary

In this early-career role, you will analyze large educational datasets, develop statistical and AI-enabled models, and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve product efficacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Python for data cleaning, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis.
• Experience applying foundational statistics (regression, hypothesis testing).
• Experience applying AI solutions to a variety of problems.
• Experience with version control and testing in software projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical partners.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, researchers, engineers, and content developers to answer complex questions.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain statistical models and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model development.
