Jerry is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all physical assets. The Data Science & Analytics team drives data-driven decisions across product, growth, tech, and operations, embedding data scientists in core business units to surface insights and influence strategy.

As part of a growing team, you’ll own end-to-end analytical work from problem framing to delivering measurable outcomes, collaborating with leaders to move key metrics and business goals forward.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand what business question it's answering and what decision it will inform.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move the team’s key metrics.
• Drive outcomes: bring recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance or operations, explain what's happening and next steps.
