Brooksource Elevate is seeking a recent graduate for an Associate Data Engineer role in Indianapolis. You will help build data pipelines powering reporting and analytics, transforming raw data into reliable, reusable data products as part of the Analytics Engineering and Visualization Hub.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, research, or professional work
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Exposure to data analytics, data engineering, reporting, or BI concepts through coursework, internships, or projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative team environment
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines that ingest, transform, and prepare data for analytics and reporting
• Work with team members to integrate data from multiple business systems using Microsoft Fabric and related tools
• Assist in building and maintaining lakehouses, warehouses, and semantic models
• Write SQL queries to validate, transform, and analyze data
• Help monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and improve pipeline reliability
• Participate in data governance, documentation, and best practice initiatives
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs
• Learn and contribute to self-service analytics solutions that empower business users
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of data products
• Continuously grow your technical skills through training, mentorship, and project-based learning
