Job summary

Gartner's IPA organization seeks an Associate Data Analyst to support analytics across content, client interactions, events, and product analytics. The program includes 3–4 structured rotations across four pillars, exposing you to advanced analytics, data science, project management, and data engineering.

You will collaborate with IPA leadership, structure problems, identify data sources, perform analyses, and communicate findings, with opportunities to own projects and work cross-functionally

Qualifications

• Internship and/or academic experience involving analysis of large data volumes.
• Ability to gather, analyze, restructure, and articulate insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong problem solving and communication of data-driven stories.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and collaborate in teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights to inform decision-making within the BTI and GPM.
• Build dashboards and reporting as needed.
• Own and deliver key projects with rollout plans and metrics.
• Develop domain expertise on Gartner’s data and analytics tools.
• Investigate data sources and testing methodologies; explain data sources to senior audiences.
• Collaborate with IT and data scientists to ensure data quality.
