Qualifications

• Experience with customer onboarding, system configuration, or user provisioning/account administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in business or technical systems.
• Comfort working in web-based portals and learning new software tools and processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, reporting platforms, or public safety/emergency communications systems (preferred)

In this role, you’ll support an emergency communications analytics platform by assisting with customer onboarding, system configuration, and user access provisioning.
