Job summary

Northrop Grumman is hiring an Associate Classified Cybersecurity Analyst to support information system lifecycle activities. This on-site, full-time role requires a Secret clearance and involves audits, assessments, and safeguarding critical systems within a government enclave.

The position emphasizes adherence to RMF, government policy, and rigorous security controls, with opportunities to contribute to security certification testing and documentation across programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience with RMF/Assessment & Authorization (A&A).
• Knowledge of security tools and frameworks (NIST/JSIG/DAAG) and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system audits and continuous monitoring of security controls and configurations.
• Perform assessments of systems and networks within the enclave and identify deviations from policy.
• Validate security requirements and recommend additional safeguards.
• Assist in implementing government policy and tailoring processes; participate in activities.
• Support Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) activities and documentation.
• Coordinate and document A&A activities and prepare RMF evidence.
• Prepare reports on risk management and compliance.
