The Associate Customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, engagement, and growth across small to mid-sized school districts. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, ensuring successful adoption of solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with district leaders. You will analyze usage data, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes. The position requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. You will contribute to the renewal process, support product enhancements through structured feedback, and participate in occasional travel for training or strategic meetings.

Accountabilities
  • Lead onboarding for new districts, including project kickoff, data integration, and training sessions.
  • Monitor district engagement, usage, and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and proactive intervention.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Facilitate the renewal process, including quotes, approvals, and contract signatures.
  • Collect and provide structured feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
  • Document challenges, continuously define problems, and collaborate with team members to enhance processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience; customer success or SaaS implementation experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and travel up to 10% for customer meetings or company events.
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain optimistic in high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple accounts, close renewal agreements, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Technical proficiency with Google Suite, Apple/Mac systems, and CRM platforms.
