What to Expect
Job Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new school districts, including project kickoff, data integration, and training sessions
- Monitor district engagement, usage, and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and proactive intervention
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Facilitate the renewal process, including quotes, approvals, and contract signatures
- Collect and provide structured feedback to product teams based on customer interactions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience; customer success or SaaS implementation experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, project management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Positive attitude and ability to remain optimistic in high-pressure situations
- Technical proficiency with Google Suite, Apple/Mac systems, and CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer success or SaaS implementation
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and identify expansion opportunities
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 USD, commensurate with experience and location
