What to Expect

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new school districts, including project kickoff, data integration, and training sessions
  • Monitor district engagement, usage, and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and proactive intervention
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Facilitate the renewal process, including quotes, approvals, and contract signatures
  • Collect and provide structured feedback to product teams based on customer interactions
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience; customer success or SaaS implementation experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain optimistic in high-pressure situations
  • Technical proficiency with Google Suite, Apple/Mac systems, and CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 USD, commensurate with experience and location
