Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the Customer Experience team and various internal departments regarding subscription activities
- Prepare and present detailed briefing materials and analytics to stakeholders
- Manage client requests and drive software consumption in collaboration with delivery teams
- Support customers with EA License Management processes including training and user management
- Document all activities in a Customer Success Roadmap using Gainsight
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Project Management, or related fields
- Undergraduate Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Functional understanding of technology agreements and associated user portals
- Strong project or process development skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience supporting customers with large-scale, recurring technology agreements
- Knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Agreements and Licensing
- Experience engaging with customers in the Public Sector space
- Strong internal motivation and passion for learning
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
