Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Customer Experience team and various internal departments regarding subscription activities
  • Prepare and present detailed briefing materials and analytics to stakeholders
  • Manage client requests and drive software consumption in collaboration with delivery teams
  • Support customers with EA License Management processes including training and user management
  • Document all activities in a Customer Success Roadmap using Gainsight
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Project Management, or related fields
  • Undergraduate Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Functional understanding of technology agreements and associated user portals
  • Strong project or process development skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience supporting customers with large-scale, recurring technology agreements
  • Knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Agreements and Licensing
  • Experience engaging with customers in the Public Sector space
  • Strong internal motivation and passion for learning
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
