- Maintain base knowledge of insurance terms and practices, addressing a range of issues from routine to moderately complex
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related experience
- Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or an office-based setting is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
- Availability of a private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a call center environment or similar customer service role
- Familiarity with health insurance products and terminology
