Pearson is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Continuing Education to generate approval, denial, and renewal letters for courses and providers, and to distribute notices by email.
The role also handles inquiries from providers, licensees, and clients via calls, chats, and emails, and updates contact information while entering and removing course credits as required.
The Customer Service Representative – Continuing Education is responsible for generating approval, denial, and renewal letters for courses and providers, distributing these notices via email. The role also includes handling incoming inquiries from providers, licensees, and clients through calls, chats, and emails. The Customer Service Rep is also responsible for updating contact info and entering and removing course credits when required.
Working closely with insurance clients, providers, and licensees, the Customer Service Representative – Continuing Education responds to inquiries through both verbal and written communication via phone, chat, and email.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by factors including skill set, experience, and location.
The hourly rate for this role is $20.00 – $21.00.
