A leading company is seeking a Customer Advocate to join its Renewals team to manage the annual renewals process. This role involves negotiating sales, collaborating cross-functionally to support customer needs, and advocating for the company's value proposition. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you work independently to meet customer inquiries and achieve renewal milestones.

The Customer Advocate (CA) is a key contributor on the Renewals team. The CA will proactively manage the annual renewals process, leading all phases of the renewal lifecycle. This includes preparing, delivering, and negotiating renewal sales, revising assets, obtaining approvals, and managing paperwork.
The CA manages the renewal pipeline and collaborates with Business Leaders, Account Management, Fulfillment, Finance & Services to gather updates and feedback. They will also develop an understanding of customer pain points and identify opportunities to add value and modernize their business.
The CA assists in negotiating customer requests, advocates for the Aptean Value Proposition, and serves as the first point of contact for renewal inquiries via support channels. They work closely with the Renewals Analyst to ensure milestones are met and accounts are updated, manage negotiations with business leaders, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
Additional responsibilities include tracking renewal activities, owning product lines or accounts, building strong customer relationships, providing feedback on renewal processes, and performing other duties as assigned.
