Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Custodian to join our team in Heath, OH.

Position Responsibilities:

• Possesses knowledge of custodial tasks and cleaning processes.
• Solves routine problems following established custodial practices and procedures.
• Work is reviewed for adequacy by lead custodian; applies safety techniques and storage methods with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with security awareness requirements for the area.
• Maintains supply levels and communicates needs to the lead custodian.
• Assists in delivering supplies to required areas.
• Provides guidance on cleaning techniques to less experienced custodians.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience in janitorial/custodial services.
• Ability to stand, walk for 6+ hours, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

Work Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations.
