The role sits within the Clinical Trial Management team, supporting project coordinators and managers in clinical trial administration.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences.
• Expertise related to Immunology, Rheumatology, Allergy or Dermatology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team.
• Prior CRO/pharma experience not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project coordinators/managers.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the management system.
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, sites and vendors.
• Provide oversight and quality control of the regulatory filing system.
• Oversee study supplies and timelines; generate minutes.
• Coordinate project meetings and deliver quality minutes.
