Position: Associate, Creator Partnerships

As part of our Influencer Partnerships team, you will source and pitch influencers for campaigns, turning trends into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a pop-culture enthusiast who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves engaging with influencers.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Own influencer sourcing using proprietary and third-party tools
2. Identify talent to maximize ROI and meet KPIs
3. Use data to position talents effectively to clients
4. Build industry relationships and stay updated on influencer trends
5. Expand our content creator pipeline and manage talent relationships
6. Coordinate influencer needs across teams and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience sourcing and casting influencers
• Experience sourcing beyond social media, including specialty talents
• Strong writing skills for client-facing collateral
• Ability to navigate diverse client portfolios across various industries
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms and contacts
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team flexibility

Salary Range:
