Job Description:

We’re searching for an Associate Creative Director (Copywriter) to join our team for a national quick service restaurant chain. You’ll be partnered with and ACD, Art Director to straddle the line of manager and doer — both overseeing teams to push the day-to-day paid and organic social work, but also concepting and creating larger earned-first campaigns.

‘Of the internet’ thinking:

We’re looking for talent that has a deep passion for people and how they behave on the internet. You’ll need to be able to connect our brands to culture and have a strong track record of consistency with groundbreaking campaigns.

Things we’re looking for in candidates:

• 5+ years of experience
• Examples of earned-first, conceptual thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
• We move at speed, we make lots of work, we need clear-eyed leaders. You need to love mentoring junior talent, you need to have the experience navigating interagency relationships, and you need to love building relationships with our clients.
• Detail-oriented. We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in total accountability

Things this job is NOT:

• A social post factory.
• Limited. We work whatever format makes sense for the project.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
