Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking an ACD, Copywriter (Multicultural) to lead multicultural campaigns with emphasis on Hispanic audiences. You will pair with an ACD art director and report to creative leaders on a major healthcare/brand project.

You'll concept, copy, and direct integrated campaigns across TV, OLV, social, and experiential while mentoring junior staff and influencing new business storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative advertising at an agency with increasing ownership.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
• Experience writing for multicultural audiences, focusing on Hispanic audiences.
• Strong concepting and copywriting across TV, OLV, social and campaigns.
• Proficient on set and in post; production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Concepting and copyrighting of integrated campaigns from concept through production.
• Partner with your ACD art director from brief to delivery on projects of any size and style.
• Concept and develop campaign systems with a consistent visual logic.
• Mentor a midlevel team; share knowledge to improve the work around you.
• Contribute to pitches and shape the agency voice in new business contexts.
