Sequencing.com is seeking an Associate Creative Director to own how millions meet the idea across brand and performance channels. You will report to marketing leadership and partner with growth, lifecycle, product marketing, design, and leadership to ship campaigns that educate people about whole genome sequencing and its personalized health insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative roles, including leadership.
• Strong track record in consumer internet, subscription, wellness, or tech brands.
• Daily fluency with AI creative tooling across image, video, motion, storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own how millions meet the idea across brand and performance channels.
• Lead creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and AI-native channels.
• Build creative systems across acquisition, engagement, retention, and subscription experiences.
• Guide internal teams and external partners to a high, consistent creative bar.
