Position Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director, Design (ACD) to join our expanding Marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead a versatile group of designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop bold, effective, and engaging creative work that delivers results. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll help shape our creative strategy, elevate our visual storytelling, and ensure strong design execution across campaigns and channels. You’ll provide creative direction and mentorship for designers across multiple regions, working collaboratively to build compelling experiences that support marketing goals and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Define and implement a design vision that supports business strategy and strengthens our brand across all marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Creative Director.
  • Lead creative development. Guide the concepting, prototyping, and delivery of digital and print assets—from early-stage ideas through high-fidelity design execution.
  • Support flawless delivery. Oversee design workflows and project timelines, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes for campaigns, assets, and production needs.
  • Mentor and develop talent. Provide guidance and support to a team of creative and production designers across regions. Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and impactful team culture.
  • Collaborate across teams. Work closely with marketing operations, digital teams, developers, and production partners to ensure creative aligns with strategy and execution channels.
  • Champion brand consistency. Partner with internal branding teams to uphold brand standards and evolve visual systems, templates, and patterns across platforms.
  • Bring ideas to life. Art direct photo and video shoots alongside our in-house studio team to deliver compelling, consistent visual content.
  • Design across channels. Contribute hands-on design support when needed, creating assets for ads, landing pages, emails, social, packaging, catalogs, and more.
  • Lead creative assets. Review and ensure all graphic assets meet brand and quality standards before final delivery.
  • Elevate quality. Uphold high creative and production standards—even when working under tight deadlines.
  • Stay curious. Keep up with creative trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to improve both creative quality and production efficiency.
What You Bring:

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative or marketing environment—agency or in-house—with at least 2+ years leading design teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and cross-platform work.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Confirmed ability to lead the design of web, mobile, and responsive experiences.
  • Experience with print production, photography, and video direction.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and shift focus quickly when needed.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficient in visual design, UX/UI principles, and responsive design standard processes.
  • Familiarity with web development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) and how they influence design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Workfront, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and InVision.
  • Experience with design systems, creative operations, and design process optimization.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategy, audience engagement, and campaign development.
