Key Job Responsibilities

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Associate Creative Director (ACD) with a passion for the intersection of art, storytelling, and technology. You will partner on the framework for GenAI and CGI image generation, marketing asset development, and creative workflow automation. You’ll lead and inspire tech teams to create cutting-edge, scalable solutions in the creative space. Your role will be part visionary, part technologist, and all about bringing ambitious creative ideas to life in unexpected ways.

  1. Partner on creative direction framework of proprietary technology
  2. Lead and manage dataset coordination/approvals
  3. Work with tech teams on feedback loops. Set structure & process
  4. Lead the vision and execution of proof-of-concept technology-driven creative campaigns, from concept to final delivery, with a focus on GenAI, CGI, motion in partnership with studio and tech teams
  5. Collaborate with strategy, design, production, and science teams to craft compelling digital experiences
  6. Explore & advise on emerging GenAI tools (e.g., image generation, LLMs, custom models) and CGI pipelines.
  7. Guide junior creatives and technologists, providing mentorship and championing innovation and craft.
  8. Stay ahead of creative tech trends, tools, and cultural movements to inspire fresh ideas and strategic opportunities.
  9. Partner with clients and stakeholders to pitch ideas, present concepts, and articulate the value of tech-enabled creativity.
What You Bring
  1. 8+ years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior creative role.
  2. A portfolio that demonstrates original, tech-forward creative work, with examples of GenAI, CGI, or other immersive technologies in action.
  3. Strong understanding of generative models (text-to-image, text-to-video, etc.), 3D/CGI workflows
  4. Ability to balance concept, strategy, and execution across multiple platforms and media.
  5. Clear communication and storytelling skills—you can explain complex tech ideas in simple, inspiring ways.
  6. A curious mind and collaborative spirit—you’re not afraid to experiment, iterate, and learn.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
  2. Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
  2. Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
  3. Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
  4. Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
  5. Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
  6. Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
