Calcium+Company is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead major brand initiatives and guide creative teams. You will mentor staff, drive strategic ideation, and present concepts to clients while aligning with agency policy and culture.

You will manage day-to-day deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality, strategically sound work that meets client needs and brand goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Brand/market/agency knowledge.
• Strategic and tactical planning/ideation.
• Medical-regulatory-legal navigation.
• Financial responsibility.
• Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong conceptual ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as creative/strategic lead on large/primary brands and 1-2 smaller accounts/projects.
• Lead and manage creative teams.
• Provide clear feedback and direction for projects.
• Inspire teams; influence agency culture positively.
• Lead day-to-day deliverables; present to clients.
• Manage personnel issues for direct/indirect reports.
• Mentor staff; report staffing developments to management.
• Develop concepts for new business pitches; align with strategy.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office apps (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrate flexibility to support team and work.
