Lead innovative storytelling across multiple accounts and brands as an Associate Creative Director, Copy, fostering creative inspiration and overseeing campaign ideation, execution and strategic brand solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure creative integrity, client satisfaction and budget adherence. In this role, you will supervise and develop copy talent, drive organic growth and contribute to new business initiatives, while maintaining strong client relationships and staying attuned to industry trends. Ultimately, you will bring bold ideas to life, fueling creative excellence and business impact.
A Day in the Life
- Lead creative ideation and execution across multiple brands, partnering with Accounts, Senior Creative Management, and Clients.
- Drive innovative storytelling, staying updated on industry trends and inspiring internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality work, managing photo shoots, video, and film production.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, maintaining positive relationships with Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management teams.
- Build strong client relationships through creative ability, active communication, and professional expectation management.
- Develop and advocate for marketing strategies, possessing in-depth understanding of accounts, categories, and target audiences.
- Supervise and develop copy talent, providing mentorship, hiring, staffing, and performance management.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization, partnering with Creative Resourcing for scopes, billability, and freelance support.
- Contribute to new business growth through pitch concepting and execution, evaluating opportunities for existing brands.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing/Advertising.
- Portfolio showcasing strong writing ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and agency-specific software.
- Expertise in social media, digital best practices, and healthcare copywriting (AMA style).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mentorship and relationship-building abilities.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and financial management skills.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
$135,000 - $190,000 annually
