Overview

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, Art to help shape the next generation of Ninja products through bold storytelling and sharp design. This is a highly hands-on role for a conceptual thinker and design expert who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-first environment.

You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that’s both consumer-centric and product-led. You’ll bring products to life from the ground up, partnering with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to lead breakthrough work across packaging, digital, social, experiential, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead concept development and execution for product launches and brand campaigns
  • Create 360 platforms that bring Ninja innovations to life across packaging, digital, retail, Amazon, and experiential
  • Deliver original concept and design work yourself — this is a maker role, not just a manager one

Social Concepting & Content

  • Generate platform-native ideas for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop scroll-stopping content
  • Art direct both studio and creator-driven content
  • Respond to performance insights with smart creative pivots

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, insights, marketing, and engineering to align creative with business goals
  • Present work to stakeholders and execs with clarity and confidence
  • Guide and elevate designers and junior creatives
  • Lead shoots and reviews with a sharp eye for detail and craft
  • Set the creative bar through high-quality, idea-driven execution

Design & Delivery

  • Build visual identities, logos, and design systems for new products and sub-brands
  • Ensure design excellence across TV, social, print, and packaging
  • Juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality or intent
  • Embrace feedback and iteration to push the work forward
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years in a creative role, with 2–3 years in a leadership position
  • A portfolio of standout concept and design work across brand, product, and social
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and photo direction
  • Comfortable working fast, presenting confidently, and collaborating deeply
  • A passion for storytelling, innovation, and hands-on execution
