Qualifications

• Professional art or design experience with a portfolio showing graphic design, visual design and art direction.
• Proficiency with AI and other creative software tools.
• Knowledge of photo and video production and editing.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Stage and theater experience, including efficient costume planning.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the founder to produce multiple themed 2-3 hour TROLLEY Tours for public ticketed and private group bookings.
• Create and review branding, marketing design, web design, layout design, print advertising, and digital design.
• Guide typography, color theory, illustration, photography, and motion graphics to maintain consistent visual storytelling.
• Manage creative projects and coordinate with cross-functional partners through production, including print production and video content production.
• Align creative work with marketing goals so audiences can understand and connect with the brand.

BOIL Twice, Inc. dba “Triad ECO Adventures”, “Triad Trolleys” & “Piedmont Triad eBIKE“ is offering a part-time (project) Associate Creative Director role in Winston‑Salem, NC, with a hybrid work setup. This position focuses on transforming a theatrical concept into polished, world‑class deliverables that enhance guest experiences across the Triad.

Working closely with the founder, you will support storytelling and brand expression while overseeing multiple themed TROLLEY Tours from early concept through production. The work blends creative direction, design execution, and coordination with partners to keep public ticketed bookings and private group departures running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate and coordinate with the founder to produce multiple themed 2-3 hour TROLLEY Tours for public ticketed and private Group bookings
• Create and review branding, marketing design, web design, layout design, print advertising, and digital design
• Guide typography, color theory, illustration, photography, and motion graphics to maintain consistent visual storytelling
