Job description

Associate Counsel position with the New York State Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in Buffalo. Key qualifications:
  • Admission to and membership in good standing of the New York State Bar
  • Four years of subsequent professional legal experience
  • Valid Driver's License issued by NYS Department of Motor Vehicle or demonstrated capacity to meet transportation needs
  • Experience with contract drafting and review
  • Knowledge of New York State Freedom of Information Law (FOIL)
  • Litigation support and case preparation experience
