Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its legal team. The role emphasizes foreclosure and bankruptcy law, handling high-volume caseloads, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Qualified candidates hold a JD and are licensed in Maryland and Virginia, with residency in Baltimore, MD or Alexandria, VA. The position offers hybrid/on-site work arrangements.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed and in good standing with Maryland and Virginia State Bars.
• Residency in Baltimore, MD or Alexandria, VA.
• Strong experience in foreclosure case management, including contested matters.
• Preferred: 0–3 years of experience in bankruptcy law or high-volume legal operations.

Responsabilidades

• Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
• Manage case workflows and deadlines.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Conduct chain of title analyses and issue spotting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable foreclosure and bankruptcy standards while handling a high-volume caseload.
