TKO is seeking an Associate Counsel to support all business and legal aspects of Talent Relations and Talent Development for WWE. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate talent agreements, including appearance, endorsement, and service agreements.

The role involves providing legal counsel on regulatory requirements, managing contract lifecycles, and resolving legal issues with internal and external stakeholders in a high-profile sports and entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• JD required and license to practice in CT or eligible for in-house registration.
• 4–7+ years of in-house experience in entertainment, media, or sports.
• Strong foundation in contract drafting and negotiation.
