Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join the Amazon Legal team supporting Amazon Ads and ADSP. You will counsel product and engineering teams on AI-driven advertising features and navigate evolving privacy, data governance, and regulatory issues across multiple ad formats.

Ideal candidates have a JD, 2+ years of legal experience, and bar admission. In-house tech experience and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience.
• 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Experience with AI or ad tech is a plus.
• Experience in private practice or in-house at a tech company.

Responsibilities

• Counseling product and engineering teams on AI-driven advertising features.
• Advising on regulatory and compliance requirements for AI in advertising.
• Navigating the intersection of programmatic advertising and agentic AI.
• Supporting product launches across Display, Video, and Audio inventory.
• Advising on data governance for AI advertising products, including audience data use and cross-platform measurement.
• Partnering with privacy, policy, trust and safety, and engineering teams to build scalable legal frameworks.
