Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active bar membership in one state.
• 2+ years of post-bar legal experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assess product and service proposals against regulatory requirements and AI transparency obligations.
• Understand clients' products at a technical level to provide precise legal advice.
• Provide clear, practical legal guidance by researching statutes, regulations, and case law.
