Job summary

The New York State Department of State seeks an Associate Counsel to join the Office of General Counsel, supporting the Division of Corporations, State Records and Uniform Commercial Code, and the Address Confidentiality Program in Albany, NY.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
