GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Associate, Corporate Strategy, designs and executes research, quantitative analysis, and modeling used in analyzing opportunities, market segmentation, business plan development, and performance evaluation. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and following policies and procedures. Always act in the best interest of customers and colleagues, ensuring actions and behaviors promote a positive customer experience. Operate within the Bank's risk appetite, consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor, organize, and report research and analysis of industry, company, customer, and channel data to support market assessment and identify key strategic trends.
2. Efficiently execute research tasks, prioritizing activities that add the most value, leveraging internal and external resources.
3. Employ modeling techniques, conduct quantitative analyses, and extract relevant information, facts, and data. Summarize key insights to produce useful outputs.
4. Suggest creative and well-thought-out ideas to support issue diagnostics and brainstorm potential solutions.
5. Create presentation materials that clearly articulate complex business issues, conclusions, and implications for management and executives.
6. Communicate effectively and participate actively in discussions.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required; MBA or Master's preferred.
• Background in management consulting or banking with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships based on value.
• Demonstrated creativity, integrity, business acumen, and sound judgment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
• Ability to operate in an environment emphasizing individual accountability and teamwork.
• A sense of urgency with a proven track record of collaborating with and influencing senior leadership to drive growth and results.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $80,500 to $169,100 annually, depending on role, skills, experience, education, and location. The role is also eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
