The successful candidate will also be client-service oriented, have excellent attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills, and have the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. 2+ years administrative/paralegal experience
  2. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential, as well as deep comfort with learning new programs and software
  3. Ability to work with large data sets of numbers with a high degree of accuracy
  4. Acute attention to detail

  6. BA/BS degree
  7. SEC reporting and annual meeting process experience
  8. Familiarity with public company corporate governance
  9. Working knowledge of Section 16 compliance, 10b5-1 trading plans, and insider trading compliance policies
  10. Self-starter with strong bias for action
  11. Strong judgement and discretion with high-profile and confidential matters
