JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a private equity-backed education platform, is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to work closely with senior leadership on all aspects of M&A, including due diligence, deal sourcing and serving as a thought partner to C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in transaction services or investment banking and be mission-driven and results-oriented with a high bias for action and low ego. Experience with multi-site services is preferred but not required.

We are looking for a candidate who can achieve near-term goals while growing alongside the business. Financial leaders should be able to show up, communicate with clarity and operate cross-functionally to inspire confidence. The first year is about building credibility and positioning yourself as a leader who listens before acting.
