Our platform connects people, systems, data and AI to help organizations deliver more personalized service, improve operational efficiency and build stronger customer relationships. Help build, support and operate technology used by more than 8,000 organizations in over 100 countries – moving AI from possibility to production in real-world enterprise environments every day. Commercial Corporate Counsel plays a key role in enabling Genesys to grow while helping the business navigate the legal, commercial, privacy, security, and AI considerations that shape complex technology transactions. • Strong experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice with sound judgment and confidence
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and demonstrated comfort working directly with customers and business partners
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex workloads, prioritize competing matters, and operate independently with appropriate judgment
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across legal, sales, privacy, security, product, and finance functions
  • Working knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting technology transactions, including data privacy, data security, and artificial intelligence
