The role focuses on middle-market lending, ESOP, and transactional work, offering opportunities to work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions across various industries.

• Prepare due diligence reports and draft transaction documents such as purchase agreements and loan agreements.
• Collaborate on drafting collateral documents, seller notes, board resolutions, and employment agreements.
